Tumblers carry their own liability insurance (arranged through us, mandatory before they can take a job). If something goes wrong, the claim is theirs to make, and we make the process easy.

Every Tumbler is manually approved. We verify identity, confirm address, and run a UK criminal record (DBS) check. We also require photos of where they wash and confirmation they have the right equipment. They have to hold their own liability insurance before they can accept a job. Not everyone gets approved.
Pricing will be confirmed at launch and will land below commercial laundry services in the same area. Waitlist members get early-bird pricing for their first three months.
A Tumbler doing five loads a week is looking at roughly £200–£300 weekly. Set your own hours, your own service area, your own service style. We handle payments, customer support and the booking flow. You handle the wash.
